Cooling-off period/returns
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product doesn't meet your expectations, or maybe there's another reason why you no longer want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, you can contact us at info@schreuder-e-commerce.com, after which we will send you a Withdrawal Form to fill in and return. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after you have notified us of your return, provided the product has been received back in good order.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try out the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value of the product. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returning it.
Exchanging
Would you like to exchange your product? You can contact us for this at info@schreuder-e-commerce.com. You will bear the costs of returning the product yourself.
