Delivery time and pickup
When your order is delivered, and when you can pick it up.
When will I receive my order?
Expected delivery time: Every working day we process 100% of the orders received up to 17.00. Packages are picked up from us daily around 17.30. We can proudly say that 98% of orders received are delivered to our customers the next day. Of course, this remains manual work, and for 2% of orders the customer has to wait an extra day for their package.
- Netherlands: delivery Monday through Saturday
- Belgium: delivery Monday through Friday
Pick-up:
Prefer to pick up your order in Zevenhuizen (South Holland)? That's possible from Monday to Friday between 12.00 and 17.00. Prefer to pick up outside these hours? Just contact customer service to discuss the possibilities. We'll have your package ready for you so you can get started right away.
Shipping costs:
For both the Netherlands and Belgium, we charge €4.95 in shipping costs. From €50,- onwards, we charge no shipping costs.
